Priority: (Do not select urgent unless it really is urgent). *

Low: Small stuff. Nice-to-have. Doesn’t stop work. Examples: typo, spacing, “how do I…?”

Medium: Annoying, but you can still get the job done. Affects one person or one client. Examples: a step isn’t working but you can do it another way; one report looks off.

High: Blocking work for a team or an important client. Little or no way around it. Examples: a page they use won’t load; emails/texts not sending for one client.

Urgent: Emergency. Many people can’t work, or there’s money/safety risk. No way around it. Examples: no one can log in, payments aren’t going through, messages down, data/security concern.
